1. Flight travel costs to be covered by the organizer up to THB 3,500 (per 1 company/ organization).
2. 1 or 2 night complimentary accommodation at the ibis Hotel Bangkok IMPACT.
   • Option 1: 5 meetings and above: 1 night stay at the ibis Hotel Bangkok IMPACT (check in and check out date during 2-5 October 2024).
   • Option 2: 10 meetings (and above): 2 night stay at the ibis Hotel Bangkok IMPACT (check in and check out date during 2-5 October 2024).
